Sometime, these little men can be useful. So when my muscles need an extra pump, using one of them for a bit of extra weight is perfect. This time, in the bedroom, I play with this little man, lifting him up above my head with one hand, reps with him in my arms and on my back. I let him enjoy a little worship time too. But not before I lift him up and throw him around.
